Now a days , "Climate change" and " Global warming " is like Marilyn monroe of past.Where ever i go, i see people want to talk about it, do something about it but do they really care ? Only the person who acts as if he really cares will be using more energy than others. If we really want to protect our planet , we need to do little sacrifices of our day today needs in the ways it wont effect our comfort but are we prepared to sacrifice .

Millions of dollars spent for campaign and research is of no use if ordinary people doesn't understand the seriousness of "Global warming " . Even the president ( we all know whom am talking about ) has started to take little concern very recently. Only God knows what "change" can such small efforts bring to our planet a decade from now. Every one calls it "Campaign of the decade " and this site is decidated to ordinary people like me to discuss and help each other to protect our planet.

A huge amount will be spent in next few years for campaigning "Global warming" issues and ways people can adapot to help preserve the planets climate ..... Being an ordinary Indian with no corporate funding or donations, am also doing something ..... Please join the forum and support my little effort.

CAN members work to achieve this goal through the coordination of information exchange and NGO strategy on international, regional and national climate issues. CAN has seven regional offices which co-ordinate these efforts in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Europe, Latin America, North America, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.

The necessary first step must be to encourage Americans to take action. This online grassroots movement is about change -- as individuals, as a country, and as a global community. We are all contributors to global warming and must all be part of the solution.

The National Climatic Data Center contains the instrumental records that can precisely define the nature of climatic fluctuations at time scales of a up to a century. Among the diverse kinds of data platforms whose data contribute to NCDC's armamentarium are: Ships, buoys, weather stations, balloons, satellites, and aircraft. The National Oceanographic Data Center contains the subsurface data which reveal the ways that heat is distributed and redistributed over the planet. Knowing how these systems are changing and how they have changed in the past is crucial to understanding how they will change in the future. And, for climate information that extends from hundreds to thousands of years, the paleoclimatology program, also at the National Climatic Data Center, helps to provide longer term perspectives.
